Build a Leaning Management System (LMS) to Train Volunteers for the Foundation and provide a  Mechanism where Schools bringing students onto a Sailing Excursion can be informed about the safety protocol and learn some sailing terminology that might encourage them to engage with the sports

The Solution

First Stage

The first stage of this project was to identify the available technologies to create an online learning platform and how these technologies can be utilised for the future development of the foundation’s core purpose. This meant finding a suitable content management system and compatible LMS to integrate with future membership systems.

Second stage

The first stage of this project was to identify the available technologies to create an online learning platform and how these technologies can be utilised for the future development of the foundation’s core purpose. This meant finding a suitable content management system and compatible LMS to integrate with future membership systems.

Third Stage

The third stage of this project was to build the infrastructure to hold the content. This utilised  WordPress, LearnDash, WooCommerce and other third-party applications to deliver creative assets available to the foundation. The Site structure uses the Kadence Paid theme and plugins to give advanced tools to blog post policy publications.

Fourth Stage

The final stage of this project was the creation of digital assets. These include video production voice-over editing and animation. Also, they adaptation of written hard copy into accessible online learning tools.
